KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and prep all food that goes out
  • Anticipate food program needs based on demand
  • Professionally and productively communicate with the cafe team
  • Ensure that highest quality is served to each customer

REQUIREMENTS

  • Kitchen experience
  • Background in hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress work environment
  • Excellent time and priority management 
  • Commitment to consistentlyl exceed guest expectations
  • Keen eye and appreciation for detail
  • Vigilance to keep workstations clean and organized
  • Basic knife skills preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have or be able to quickly attain a California Food Handler's card
