This is a SINGLE CUP BREWING METHOD. We hand pour water over and through freshly ground cofee to extract the coffee flavors evenly and straight into your cup.

 this method allows the coffee grounds to be completely saturated before actually serving. Since it requires no filter, this means all the oils and richness of the coffee beans are extracted straight to your cup.
